Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made on the website. Please read it carefully before making a booking.
1. Cancellation by the guest
The guest has the right to cancel a booking. Cancellation conditions depend on the time of cancellation. The following conditions apply:
- Free cancellation: Up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellation fee: For cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date, a fee of 100% of the total booking price will be charged.
The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the time the cancellation is received by us.
2. Cancellation by the host
The host has the right to cancel a booking if unforeseen circumstances occur that make it impossible to provide the accommodation (e.g., serious damage, unforeseen maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances). In this case:
- Full refund: The guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Changes to the booking
Changes to your booking, such as a change to the arrival date or length of stay, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original arrival date. Changes may incur additional charges.
4. Exceptions to the cancellation conditions
Special exceptions to the above cancellation conditions may apply, relating to certain seasonal or exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Unforeseeable events: In the event of unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or health emergencies (e.g., COVID-19), we may be flexible with cancellation policies and provide guests with a full or partial refund at our discretion.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your trip to protect yourself against unforeseen events.
5. Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation. The refund will be made to the payment method used for booking. If you paid with a different payment method, we will contact you to arrange a refund.
6. No-show
If the guest does not arrive on the booked arrival date and has not previously canceled, the entire reservation will be considered a "no-show." In this case, the entire booking amount will be retained and no refund will be issued.
