General terms and conditions of business

General terms and conditions for renting accommodation through our website:

1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and overnight stays made at my accommodation through our website. By booking, guests agree to these GTC.

2. Conclusion of Contract The contract between the host and the guest is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by the host. I will confirm a booking within 24 hours of the request. If a booking is not confirmed, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.

3. Price and Payment The price for the overnight stay is stated on the website platform and includes all incidental costs, such as electricity, water, and heating. Full payment must be made at the time of booking through our website. The payment terms and conditions set out on our website apply.

4. Arrival and Departure Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out must be by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Should the guest wish to depart later, this must be arranged with me in advance, and additional charges may apply.

5. Use of the Accommodation: The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation, including its furniture and furnishings, with care. Smoking, bringing pets (unless otherwise agreed), and using the accommodation for commercial purposes are prohibited.

6. Liability The host is not liable for damage caused by the guest or their companions to the accommodation or to third parties. The guest is liable for all damage caused by them or their companions. It is recommended that they take out liability insurance.

7. Cancellation and Refund Cancellations are possible in accordance with our cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, our established refund policy will apply. We recommend that you carefully review the cancellation policy before booking.

8. Guest Behavior: Guests are required to behave respectfully toward their neighbors and other people in the building. Noise disturbances and other nuisances must be avoided. In the event of repeated complaints, the host may terminate the tenancy without notice.

9. Safety Precautions The guest agrees to observe all safety precautions, including the use of smoke detectors and compliance with fire regulations. The host assumes no liability for accidents or damage resulting from non-compliance with these safety precautions.

10. Data Protection The host undertakes to protect the guest's personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and to use it only in connection with the booking and use of the accommodation.

11. Final Provisions Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Changes to these Terms and Conditions require the written consent of the host. Austrian law applies.
