• 1. Travel document: - Present a travel document upon arrival.
• 2. Check-in and check-out: - Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. - Check-out: until 12:00 p.m. - Please inform us if you plan to arrive earlier or depart later.
• 3. Additional costs: After arrival, everyone is obliged (exceptions excluded) to pay the outstanding fees such as tourist tax 2.5€ etc..
• 4. Smoking: - Smoking is not permitted in the entire house. - Smoking areas are located in the garden.
• 5. Pets: - Pets are allowed, for a fee.
• 6. Quiet hours: - Please respect the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
• 7. Cleanliness: - Please keep the premises clean and tidy. - Waste separation is desired.
• 8. Kitchen: - The kitchen is at your disposal. Please clean all appliances and utensils after use.
• 9. Damage and Loss: - Please report any damage or loss to us immediately. - Damage caused by improper use may be charged.
• 10. Visitors: - Visitors are permitted, but they are not allowed to stay overnight.
• 11. Safety: - Please close all doors and windows when you leave the house.
• 12. Emergencies: - In case of an emergency, please contact immediately 43 676 926 2205. Emergency numbers: - Fire brigade: 122 - Police: 133 - Ambulance: 144 - European emergency number: 112
