General terms and conditions of business

General terms and conditions for renting accommodation through our website:

1. Scope These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings and overnight stays made in my accommodation via our website. By booking, guests agree to these GTC.

2. Conclusion of contract The contract between the host and the guest is concluded when the host confirms the booking. I will confirm a booking within 24 hours of the request. If a booking is not confirmed, the contract is deemed not to have been concluded.

3. Price and payment The price for the overnight stay is stated on the website platform and includes all additional costs such as electricity, water and heating. Full payment must be made at the time of booking via our website. The payment terms and conditions of our website apply.

4. Arrival and departure Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time must be by 12:00 on the day of departure. Should the guest wish to depart later, this must be agreed with me in advance and additional costs may apply.

5. Use of the accommodation The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation as well as the furniture and inventory with care. Smoking in the accommodation, bringing pets (unless otherwise agreed) or using the accommodation for commercial purposes is prohibited.

6. Liability The host is not liable for damage caused by the guest or his companions to the accommodation or to third parties. The guest is liable for all damage caused by him or his companions. It is recommended to take out liability insurance.

7. Cancellation and refund Cancellations are possible according to our cancellation policy. In case of cancellation, the refund policy set by us will apply. It is recommended that you check the cancellation policy carefully before booking.

8. Guest behavior Guests are obliged to behave respectfully towards their neighbors and other people in the building. Noise disturbances and other nuisances are to be avoided. In the event of repeated complaints, the host can terminate the rental agreement without notice.

9. Safety precautions The guest undertakes to observe all safety precautions, including the use of smoke detectors and compliance with fire safety regulations. The host assumes no liability for accidents or damage caused by failure to observe safety precautions.

10. Data protection The host undertakes to protect the guest's personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws and to use it only in the context of the booking and use of the accommodation.

11. Final provisions Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Changes to the terms and conditions require the written consent of the host. Austrian law applies.
