The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings made on the website. Please read it carefully before making a booking.


1. Cancellation by the guest

The guest has the right to cancel a booking. The cancellation policy depends on the time of cancellation. The following conditions apply:


  • Free cancellation: Up to 3 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • Cancellation fee: Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the total price of the booking.


The cancellation fee will be calculated based on the time at which we receive the cancellation.


2. Cancellation by the host

The host has the right to cancel a booking if unforeseen circumstances occur that make it impossible to provide the accommodation (e.g. serious damage, unforeseen maintenance problems or unforeseen circumstances). In this case:

  • Full refund: The guest will receive a full refund of the amount paid.


3. Changes to the booking

Any changes to the reservation, such as a change to the arrival date or length of stay, are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original arrival date. Any changes may incur additional charges.


4. Exceptions to the cancellation conditions

Special exceptions to the above cancellation policy may apply, relating to certain seasonal or exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Unforeseeable Events: In the event of unforeseeable events such as natural disasters, political unrest or health emergencies (e.g. COVID-19), we may be flexible with cancellation policies and provide the guest with a full or partial refund at our discretion.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance for your trip to protect yourself against unforeseen events.


5. Refunds

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation. The refund will be made to the payment method used to make the booking. If you paid with a different payment method, we will contact you to arrange a refund.


6. No-Show

If the guest does not show up on the booked arrival date and has not made a prior cancellation, the entire reservation will be considered a "no-show". In this case, the entire amount of the reservation will be retained and no refund will be given.
